Video Solutions are not playing on myims portal

We use for hosting and provide video content on myIMS.

This issue is present due to a lack of support from Microsoft for old operating systems like Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Microsoft released an update for old operating systems. The update is available on Microsoft Website.

Please install the update according to the version of your operating system.

Some students have reported that this solution has fixed the issue. For some students, the videos load properly on the Mozilla Firefox browser without having to apply any operating system updates.

The verification usually pops up when there's an issue on your Internet Service Provider's side.


We request you to try connecting to a different Wi-Fi/use phone internet/mobile hotspot.
