Why can't I access myIMS portal 3.0?

1.If you have just enrolled and paid the fees on the IMS portal, please allow 
  24 hours to grant the access to the myIMS portal features as per your course.

2.If you did not get the myIMS portal access after 24 hours of your enrolment then 
  please share a screenshot of the CCAvenue payment email with us and submit a  
  ticket.
3.Technical Issue: Please use the latest version of Chrome to access myIMS3.0.
If you were able to access the portal earlier but can't now, it's possible there's a temporary technical issue, please share a screenshot and submit a ticket.

4.Outstanding Fees: In some cases, outstanding fees can restrict access to the portal.
