If you have just enrolled and paid the fees on the IMS portal, please allow 24 hours to grant the access to the myIMS portal features as per your course.
1. If you did not get the myIMS portal access after 24 hours of your enrolment then please share a screenshot of the CCAvenue payment email with us and submit a ticket.
2. If you do not fall under the above category and you are still unable to access the portal, it is possible that there is a technical issue. To help us resolve this issue, please share a screenshot of the error message you are receiving.
