How do I start utilizing my enrolled course?

To make the most of your enrolled course, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Welcome Message:

    • After enrollment, you will receive a Welcome Message on WhatsApp or email, including links to the program guide, mentor contact details, and your batch's Telegram group.

  1. Explore the Program Guide:

    • Open the Program Guide to understand all the learning elements, including class schedules, tests, courseware, and mentorship sessions.

  2. Join the Telegram Group:

    • Join your batch-specific Telegram Group to stay updated on announcements, session links, and mentor guidance. The link to join is shared in the Welcome Message.

  3. Access Your Portals:

    • myIMS Portal: Use this portal for live classes, notifications, myPlan sessions, and other resources. Login at myIMS Portal with your IMS PIN and password.

    • LMS Portal: Use this portal for foundation videos, test series, and the doubt-solving portal. Login at LMS Portal with your registered mobile number and password.

  4. Book a myPlan Session:

    • Message Your Mentor: Reach out to your mentor and request your first myPlan slot.

    • Check Telegram Notifications: Keep an eye on your batch-specific Telegram group for updates and slot notifications.

    • Login to myIMS Portal: Log in to the myIMS Portal and book your first myPlan session to create a personalized study plan with your mentor.

  5. Start Attending Classes:

    • Class Schedule: Check your class timetable using the Timetable Link and attend your sessions.

    • Live Classes: Join your batch's live classes through the myIMS Portal under the “Channel” section.

  6. Access Study Materials:

    • Collect your courseware (books) from the center or track your delivery if dispatched to your address. Refer to the program guide for details on study materials.

  7. Attempt Chapter Tests:

    • Start with the Chapter Tests in the LMS Portal after completing each chapter. Solve the practice questions from the exercise books for better preparation.

  8. Utilize the Doubt Portal:

    • Post your academic doubts in the LMS Portal for timely resolution by mentors.

If you face any issues while starting or accessing the resources, feel free to contact your Education Advisor or raise a ticket via the Helpdesk Portal.
