Unauthorized error while booking AI Interview

Please follow the below given steps below to avoid AI Interview unauthorized error:

  • Log out from the MyIMS Portal and close all browser tabs.
  • Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Delete Browsing Data.
  • Select All Time as the time range.
  • Tick all options, including Cookies, and click Delete Data.
  • Close the browser completely and relaunch it again.
  • Open the MyIMS Portal, log in, and click on AI Interview.
  • A page will appear showing the ID and Password — copy these credentials before proceeding.
  • Click on Login with Scalar.
  • Paste the copied ID and Password and log in.
