Ans: Please follow the below steps to reset your password once on https://myimsv3.imsindia.com/
Step 1: Enter your IMS PIN in the IMS Student new Portal- myIMS
Step 2: Click on “Forgot Password”
Step 3: Enter your registered email ID or the IMS PIN to receive OTP
Step 4: Check your Inbox or your SMS for OTP and enter it in the box provided
Step 5: Create a new Password. Do not share your password with anyone.
- pre-classng to access a module, Pre class video, Simtest, or GK zone but I’m getting an error message. What shall I do?
Step 1. We request you log out and log back in to the myIMS portal once.
Step 2. If you are still unable to access the module, we suggest exploring below alternative options. These options may potentially resolve your query.
1. Delete the history, cache, and cookies of your desktop/laptop, while doing so please select the Time range as All time for clearing the cache and cookies
2. Open the myims portal in incognito mode of any browser and log in using your IMS PIN
3. Make sure your Antivirus is updated
4. Please try to view with an alternate internet connection if possible. For example with your mobile phone's hotspot
5. Try adjusting the browser zoom percentage to 100% or that is legible to you as per your system
6. Please try to view with an alternate browser. For example Microsoft edge, Chrome, Fire fox.
If the issue persists despite attempting the aforementioned solutions, then we request you to submit a ticket module/test/exercise information and a screenshot to facilitate further resolution.
- What is the passcode to access a recorded video?
Ans: To watch recorded videos you can use passcode live@ims on your myims portal.
- I can’t access the class recording. What could be the problem?
Ans: Please check the following steps to access the class recording error :
1. Clear the history and cache cookies
2.Update the browser to the latest version and check the access for the class recordings
3. Switch to an alternate browser ( Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox ) / alternate Internet Connection e.g. Mobile Phone hotspot
4. Use the Incognito mode to login into your portal and view the recordings

Click on the "My Profile" section located next to the bell icon on the top-right of the home page of the portal. - Change Program Settings:
In the profile section, select the "Change Program" option. - Select Your Paid Course:
paid for from the dropdown, then from the dropdown and click "Done." - Access Course Content:
Once completed, you should be able to view and access all course materials.
By adjusting the program settings, you'll be able to restore access to all the course material you've paid for.
