Unable to view my entire course content after login.

If you’re experiencing difficulty accessing any portal content it may probably be due to some recent updates that we have made to the portal.


Don’t worry! You can quickly resolve this by following a few simple troubleshooting steps. Ensuring you have access to the correct course content is essential for your seamless learning experience.


Steps to Troubleshoot Portal Access Issues:

  1. Navigating to Profile Section:
    Click on the "My Profile" section located next to the bell icon on the top-right of the home page of the portal.

  2. Change Program Settings:
    In the profile section, select the "Change Program" option.

  3. Select Your Paid Course:
    Choose the course you have paid for from the dropdown and click "Done."

  4. Access Course Content:
    Once completed, you should be able to view and access all course materials.


By adjusting the program settings, you'll be able to restore access to all the course material you've paid for.
