Steps to Resolve the Issue:

  1. Check Your Course Validity

    • The most common reason for this issue is that your course validity has expired. Don’t worry—this can be resolved by extending the validity from the backend.
  2. Reach Out to Support

    • Contact the support team via the Helpdesk on your portal. Provide them with the details of your course and the issue you’re facing.
  3. Follow Up with Relevant Details

    • When reaching out to support, mention:
      • Your registered email ID.
      • The course name and details of the test you’re unable to access.
      • A brief description of the error.
  4. Wait for Confirmation

    • Once you’ve reported the issue, the support team will process your request and extend your course validity. You’ll receive a confirmation once the extension is complete.
