1. Timeframe:
Students can request a refund within the first 2 scheduled offline sessions post-enrollment and before the 3rd scheduled session starts.
If 2 sessions are scheduled back-to-back on the same day, they will be counted as 2 separate sessions.
2. Applicable Programs:
Refunds are valid only for Classroom and Hybrid Programs.
Refunds are not applicable for Live Online, Self-Learning Programs (SLP), or Test Series.
3. Process to Claim a Refund:
Submit a Support Ticket: Write an email or raise a support ticket via the Helpdesk Portal, ensuring that the above conditions are met.
Return Courseware: Return the courseware (books) to the IMS Centre in the same condition as received.
Note: If the books are damaged, used, or not returned, the refund request will be rejected.
4. Refund Processing:
Refunds for valid cases will be processed within 20 working days from the date of acceptance of the refund application.
