Please check the following steps to access the class recording error :
1. Clear the history and cache cookies
OR
2.Update the browser to the latest version and check the access for the class recordings
OR
2. Switch to an alternate browser ( Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox ) / alternate Internet Connection e.g. Mobile Phone hotspot
OR
3. Use the Incognito mode to login into your portal and view the recordings
- If you require password to access the class recordings after the access please enter the passcode as "live@ims"
- If issue still persist you can Submit a ticket here along with the error screenshot.
