I am unable to log in to my account. What should I do?

Please follow the below steps to reset your password and enable to login on your myIMS portal.

Step 1:   Enter your IMS PIN in the IMS Student Portal

              For “CAT 24” students click on the myIMS 3.0

              For “CAT 23” students click on the  myIMS 2.0 
Step 2:   Click on “Forgot Password”
Step 3:   Enter your IMS PIN to receive OTP
Step 4:   Check your Inbox or your SMS for OTP and enter it in the box provided
Step 5:   Create a new Password. Do not share your password with anyone.
