I want to change the address of delivery, how can I do that?

Before the dispatch or during the transit of books delivery For an address change, students can submit a ticket specifying their old address and new address

  • Same City Changes: If your new address is within the same city, we can redirect your existing shipment to your new location. This will take approximately 2-6 business days.
  • Different City Changes: If your new address is in a different city, we'll send your original shipment back to our headquarters. A new shipment will then be dispatched to your new address. This process typically takes 4-8 business days.
  • If your delivery hasn't arrived yet: Please submit a ticket right away mentioning both your old and new address. This will allow us to redirect your shipment to your new location.
  • If your delivery has already arrived at your old address: We kindly ask that you don't accept it. Instead, please bring the unopened package to the nearest IMS office. Additionally, submit a ticket mentioning your old and new address. We'll then arrange for a new delivery to your updated address.
