What should I do if I am unable to access the video solution of my tests as it shows an error?

If you get this error while accessing the video solution “Error 2118 Windows 10 or later is required to play the video" then please read the below:




Unfortunately most of the web browsers across the world have stopped supporting Windows 7. They seem to have taken this step keeping in mind the increased vulnerability of virus attacks on the older operating systems.

Even if we would like to, we are unable to provide you with any support on this as we are also obliged to create our websites on the latest browsers. Thus the video solutions cannot be played on any browser as the issue is with the OS WIndows 7.


1- Microsoft officially ended support for Windows 7 for consumers on Jan. 14, 2020, and support for Windows 8.1 ended on January 10, 2023.

2. Thus Google has also ended technical and security support for the Chrome browser running on Windows 7.  Google Chrome has stopped support for Windows below 10.

3. You may try Firefox as it has released an ESR (Extended Support Release) for Windows 7. But we cannot assure you if it will work effectively or not.
