I have joined the myPLAN session but the mentor has not joined. How to connect with the mentor?

What to Do If You Don’t Hear from the Mentor?

In the rare scenario where no communication is received from the mentor, follow these steps:

  1. Reach Out Directly to the Mentor:

    • Use the mentor’s Telegram ID to send a message and inquire about the session.
  2. Post in Your Batch Telegram Group:

    • This ensures that your concern is visible to the mentor or other members of the IMS team who can assist you.
  3. Stay Assured:

    • Our team is always ready to help. If the session couldn’t proceed, you’ll have the opportunity to reschedule it.
