The Revise with AI option is not showing up after completing the class and practice exercise. How can this be fixed?

If you’re unable to see the option after completing your class and practice exercises, don’t worry—this guide will help you resolve the issue.


Steps to Fix the Issue:

  1. Wait for 10 Minutes:

    • After completing your class and practice exercises, allow a 10-minute buffer. This gives the system time to process and update your progress.
  2. Check Your Internet Connection:

    • Ensure you are connected to a stable internet network, as connectivity issues might delay the feature’s availability.
  3. Log Out and Log Back In:

    • If the "Revise with AI" option is still not visible after 10 minutes, log out of your myIMS portal and log back in to refresh the system.

If the issue persists beyond 10 minutes and a relogin, contact the support team for assistance. Provide details about the class or exercise you completed for faster resolution.
