I have completed my SNAP 101 test however the test result is not getting reflected in the myIMS mobile app. What should I do?

This is often due to a sync issue that may occur when data is being processed.

What you can do:

  • Wait for a while: It can take up to 30 minutes for the system to sync and display your percentiles and scores.
  • Check again: After waiting for a short time, refresh your test results page to see if the data has been updated.
